About HI3D.cc
HI3D.cc turns photos and descriptions into 3D models that people print, put in games and show on product pages. It's made by NorthBright Labs LLC, a small software company in the United States.
What we build, and for whom
A web workspace: upload a photo, check the shape, get the 4K model, download it in the format your work needs. It's built for people who ship what they make: 3D print shops and makers, product and e-commerce teams, game and AR developers, and agencies with a one-off job. That's why it charges per model instead of pushing a subscription, includes commercial use with every paid model, and puts company names and tax IDs on invoices.
The models are generated by an AI 3D engine that we license through an inference partner. Our own work is everything around it: the print repair and check, the concept-image step for text, the file packaging, the viewer, the measurements, and the rules for when not to trust a result.
Where our numbers come from
Before building the site we paid for test runs of every preset, logged each request and status check, kept every returned file, and measured the meshes ourselves. Those runs changed the product: text now goes through concept images because a model built straight from text changed design between preview and final; print meshes get a repair step because none of the raw meshes were watertight; rigged models get their textures put back because rigging stripped them. The facts page lists every run with its date.
How we write
- Numbers on this site come from runs we measured, and each page shows when it was last checked.
- We say what doesn't work as plainly as what does: materials can be misread, cloth stretches when rigged, backs are inferred.
- We don't publish reviews, testimonials or usage counts we can't show you.
- Pages are drafted with the help of AI writing tools and checked against our test data before they go live.
Your models and data
Models are private to your account, and nobody else sees them unless you turn on a view-only share link. Uploaded photos are deleted after 30 days. The details are in the privacy policy; what you can do with your models is on the license page.
