Short answer
A full-colour 4K model costs 100 credits, a 3D print mesh 40 and a game-ready model 60. Credits come in packs that never expire, from $12 for 300 (about $4 per full-colour model), or with monthly plans from $29. Failed runs return their credits automatically, and every model made with purchased credits includes commercial use.

Plans renew automatically and can be cancelled any time. Yearly plans are billed once a year and refill the monthly credits every month.

“Priority” means this: the service has a daily limit on how much generation it runs. When the day's limit is reached, runs wait for the next day, and Pro and Studio runs keep starting for longer before they wait too.
How credits are charged
- The price is on the button before you start, and it changes as you switch presets and options.
- Credits are taken when a run starts and returned automatically if it fails.
- Stopping a full-colour run in the 30 seconds after its shape preview returns the 60 credits for the 4K run (and the 30 for rigging, if you chose it).
- Monthly credits are used before pack credits.
- Models made only with the 40 sign-up credits are for personal use; everything made after a purchase includes commercial use.
Pricing questions
Do credits expire?
Credits from packs never expire. Credits that come with a monthly plan are refilled to 900 (Pro) or 3,300 (Studio) on each billing date and don't roll over. When you have both, runs use the monthly credits first.
Is there a free plan?
There's a free start: every new account gets 40 credits, enough for one shape preview of your own photo, and the sample runs in the workspace are free to watch. Finished models and downloads need a pack or a plan.
What happens to my credits if a run fails?
They come back automatically, to the same pack or monthly balance they came from, and the message tells you what to change. If a full-colour run fails after its shape preview, you keep the preview and get the 4K credits back.
Can I get a refund on a purchase?
Purchases of credits and plans are non-refundable except where the law requires otherwise. If you were charged in error or something went wrong on our side, email us and we'll put it right. A refunded or disputed payment removes the credits it bought.
Can I cancel a plan?
Any time, from Invoices and billing in your account. The plan runs to the end of the period you paid for, and credits from packs stay yours.
Can I get an invoice with my company name and tax ID?
Yes. Checkout asks for them, and every invoice is available afterwards from Invoices and billing in your account. Payments are processed by Stripe.
Which plan should I pick?
For a handful of models, the Starter pack ($12, 300 credits) covers three full-colour or seven print models. If you make nine or more full-colour models a month, Pro is cheaper per model; Studio adds room for 8 runs at once.
